    Position: ITIL- Change-Configuration Admin
    Pay: Present your desired pay rate
    Location: Toronto
    Term: 1 Year Contract
     
    Responsibilities:

    • Solicit weekly changes, and prepare CAB (Change Advisory Boards) agenda
    • Chair CAB meetings in the absence of the Change Manager
    • Follow-up on all CAB meeting action items
    • Monitor progress of change requests
    • Provide coaching/mentoring/advice to Change Representatives
    • Monitor compliance to the processes (Change and Config)
    • Maintain CMDB items as determined by the change process and CMDB documentation
    • Conduct audits of the Assyst CMDB to ensure validity of the CMDB items
    • Provide end user support as required to support and maintain customer satisfaction
    • Liaise with other ITIL Processes and Maintenance Process
    • Other duties as required

    Requirements:

    • At least 3 years experience in IT service delivery
    • ITIL Foundation Certificate; and/or 3-5 year Hands-on experience with other ITIL Service Support processes change and configuration management
    • Good verbal and written communication skill
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Good problem solving skills
    • Good time keeping
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to work with individuals at all  levels
    • Self starter
    • Basic training skills
    • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of tools ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
    • Background in Assyst would be an asset

    Purpose of the Role:

    • Maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), tracking all assets and related moves, additions, and changes (MACs) including services management
    • To create and maintain the reporting for change management
    • Monitor change requests for approval status
